Broadcasting bad news is not propaganda. However, broadcasting only bad news when there are many insightful stories to broadcast from Iraq, is far-left propaganda.

Was any general at any level thinking one year into the future? When the war kicked off in 2003, U.S. generals had no inkling of counterinsurgency or that an advisory program would be necessary.
