City Hard Perimeter Strategy offered in 2003 and rejected. However, in August 2008, the strategy is fully vindicated – "The battalion set the conditions by systematically sealing off the city from unauthorized vehicle traffic.”

So much for the kangaroo court charges leveled by the far-left against the US military - Salim Ahmed Hamdan given a lenient sentence at GUANTANAMO BAY - a flood of apologies from CBS, BBC, NYT, AP (well, not really a flood, zero)
