Twice as high...

Eighty years!!!  The USA has been fighting for 80 years to get the unemployment rate back down to 3%.  Prior to Franklin D. Roosevelt the typical, average, annual unemployment rate in the USA was 3%.  Not 13%.  Not 33%.  For over 150 years prior to Roosevelt, the USA entered and soared out of deep recessions, on average, in 24 months.

For 150 years, the unemployment was:

T-H-R-E-E!!!!!  P-E-R-C-E-N-T!!!!! 

It's been...

E-I-G-H-T-Y!!!!  Y-E-A-R-S!!!!

The USA has a big problem on the education front...
