Goldman and JP Morgan are making $1 BILLION in profit EVERY 30 DAYS by kiting zero interest loans from the FEDS into T-bills then pocketing the 2% interest - "A Conversation with Art Cashin" [VIDEO] - stock market wisdom worth your time - WATCH THIS VIDEO

Goldman Sachs and and JP Morgan are making $1 billion in profits each every 30 days from 'trading' the banks money in the market.  To make money 'trading' someone has to be on the other side of the trade.

Here's the key question: who can afford to lose $1 billion per month per bank?

Where does each bank find a big sucker who can lose $1 billion per month 'trading' in the market?

Answer: Uncle Sam.

More specifically, Uncle Sam's moronic Obama 'carry trade' into oblivion.

Obama is letting the big banks borrow almost unlimited amounts of cash from the U.S. Government at ZERO percent interest rates.

Zero percent interest.

The smart big Wall Street banks immediately buy U.S. Government T-bills which pay 2% every 30 days.  The banks then borrow more cash using the T-bills they just purchased as collateral, to buy more 30 day T-bills which the government pays 2% on every 30 days.

So basically, the money is 'kited' or shuffled from one Federal bank account to another to another to another with each big, Wall Street bank skimming off $1 billion in PURE PROFIT every 30 days.

$1 BILLION EVERY 30 DAYS IN PURE PROFIT, PER BANK.

And the tax payer is the big sucker.

Thanks Obama.

The Observer is now taking bets on how big can Obama get the deficit in his first term in office.

A quadrillion?

A quintillion?
