No matter what the tax rates have been, in postwar America tax revenues have remained at about 19.5% of GDP. High taxes damage the economy. Here is the universal economic corollary - taxes up, economy down. Taxes down, job creation up.

It’s not fair to blame the messenger for delivering bad news. But it is fair to blame the messenger for delivering nothing more than bad news, especially when there is plenty of good news.

The Iraqi democrats are pleased that 550 metric tons of Saddam’s uranium [per the American far-Left, not atomic bomb uranium; Saddam’s ‘peaceful’ uranium] was successfully transferred to Canada. 550 tons, not pounds! T-O-N-S!
